This Privacy Policy explains how Meu Assessor IA (“App”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.
Data we collect
- Device identifier (e.g., deviceId) to associate requests.
- Typed text and/or speech-to-text transcript to answer and generate reports.
- Images and photos uploaded by the user for Artificial Intelligence analysis, visual interpretation, and automated responses.
- Photos captured using the camera for visual analysis, problem-solving, and AI assistance features.
- Metadata: language, currency, time zone, date/time, message source and report parameters.
- Local finance entries (expenses/income) stored on-device when you use offline features.
- Diagnostics if Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics is enabled.
- Advertising data if you allow tracking/personalized ads.
We do not store raw microphone audio on our server. Only the transcript may be sent when using voice commands.
How we use data
- Provide features (AI assistant, categorization, reports, exports).
- Improve quality and security (prevent abuse, debug issues, monitor availability).
- Show ads and measure performance (when applicable).
- Provide user support.
Language Processing, Server and Consent
To interpret messages such as “I spent 120 reais at the grocery store” and generate structured responses, the App may send the typed text (or audio transcription) for processing to a secure server maintained by APPS STARS DESENVOLVEDORES LTDA.
The primary processing occurs within our own infrastructure, using an open-source language model executed via Ollama in an environment fully controlled by the company.
- User-typed text or audio transcription
- Images and photos uploaded by the user for AI visual analysis

- Language, time zone, and date/time of the request
The App may also process images uploaded by the user to enable Artificial Intelligence visual analysis features, image content interpretation, and automated responses.
Some features allow users to generate images using Artificial Intelligence. User prompts and instructions may be securely processed on our servers to generate requested images.
Raw audio recordings are not stored on the server.
In exceptional cases of temporary unavailability of the main server, processing may occur through an external AI infrastructure provider (for example, Groq), exclusively to ensure service continuity. This provider acts solely as a data processor, does not use the data for its own purposes, and does not retain information beyond what is necessary.
Sharing
- Proprietary AI Infrastructure: open-source model executed on a server maintained by the company.
- Contingency Provider (e.g., Groq): used only in case of temporary unavailability of the main server, exclusively for processing the requested message.
- Firebase (Analytics/Crashlytics/Remote Config).
- OneSignal for push notifications.
- Google AdMob (and mediation networks, when enabled) for ads.
- RevenueCat for subscriptions (if used).
Storage, backups & retention
On-device: expenses/income and local history may be stored in SQFLite and/or app preferences.
On server: deviceId and message text/transcripts may be stored for a limited time for service operation and security.
- Retention: server messages are automatically deleted within 30 days (or less), unless required by law or for fraud prevention.
- Backups: you can export reports (PDF/Excel/CSV) and/or create a local backup file via the app menu.
Permissions
- Microphone: capture speech and convert it to text (e.g., “I spent 20 dollars on groceries”).
- Speech Recognition: convert audio to text and send the text to the assistant.
- Photos/Files: import/export backups and reports.
- Photos/Files: import images, documents, backups, and reports into the application.
- Camera: capture photos directly inside the app and send them for Artificial Intelligence analysis.
- Tracking (ATT): optional for personalized ads (if you allow).
Your choices
- You can delete local data by uninstalling the app or using available delete/clear options.
- You can deny permissions in system settings; some features may be limited.
- You may request server-side deletion by emailing [email protected].
Security
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect data. No system is 100% secure. Keep your device protected and make backups regularly.
Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us to delete it.
